Each brand has its own focus, but they work together as part of a wider ecosystem designed to simplify how Australians buy, sell, invest and grow.
New Vision Group was founded by Chris Brown, who brings over 20 years of combined experience across finance, real estate and corporate leadership. Chris is also the principal mortgage broker at New Vision Financial Services and the selling principal at New Vision Real Estate.
New Vision Group is based in Sydney's Hills District (Norwest, NSW 2153) and serves clients across Australia. Some services, including real estate sales, also extend to expats and international clients.
New Vision Financial Services provides mortgage and lending solutions including home purchase loans, refinancing, investment loans and business lending. As a mortgage broker, we have access to a wide panel of lenders to find the right fit for each client's situation.
New Vision Real Estate offers property sales and property management services. We specialise in strong local knowledge across Sydney's Hills District and provide practical property advice for investors, homeowners and tenants. We currently manage 60+ properties and offer virtual viewings via Matterport 360 and video calls.
When you work with one New Vision brand, you gain access to the wider group. For example, a client buying a property through New Vision Real Estate can be seamlessly connected to New Vision Financial Services for their loan, New Vision Legal for conveyancing, and Insync Insurance for property protection — all coordinated under one trusted group.
Buyers Central is our buyer's advocacy brand, designed to help first-time buyers and investors search, assess and secure the right property with confidence. This includes access to off-market opportunities and expert guidance throughout the buying process.
Property Wealth Hub is an education and strategy platform for property investors. It provides insights, strategy guides and wealth-building content to help clients make smarter property investment decisions.
New Vision Group includes several technology-focused brands: NV GTM Brain (an AI-powered go-to-market platform), NV AI Agent (smart automation for business workflows), and NVative (innovation and digital tools). These brands support both internal operations and external clients looking to leverage AI in their businesses.
Insync Insurance is currently in its launch phase. It will focus on insurance products designed to sit alongside property and finance decisions — including landlord insurance, investment property protection and loan protection products.
